BUYER BEWARE!
I am writing this after 15 days, 9 attempts with customer service via chat, 5 emails, and one PayPal dispute later. We placed 3 orders over one week with ZARA Home totaling well over 300 dollars, but we received a partial delivery with one item missing. Missing item was $19.99. Being the good consumer, immediately contacted customer service detailing we did not receive the largest (in size) item from our order, and after two different customer service agents, we were assured it was on its way, we were given a tracking number, and sent an email with the same details, and told it would be a few additional days since it was coming from Spain. Well, tracking number was useless and never showed up as valid, and ZARA Home when contacted again changed their story to-- "All items were delivered"... We tried politely clarifying this was obviously wrong, as they themselves had previously CONFIRMED via email and chat, and that went nowhere. Vague answers, customer service hanging up on us…mind you, all we did was ask polite questions and firmly request someone resolve the issue or refund us. NOTTA! So, PayPal dispute was the only way forward. What a complete lack of customer service, transparency and accountability. I mean, it was an almost spectacular display of horrible service.

Such a terrible delivery service that I cancelled my order
I don’t understand why Zara Home keeps on using such a poor shipment service as Chronopost in France.
1. They don’t deliver and pretend you weren’t there, or any other lie.

2. Even if you give them a delivery point, they find another excuse not to deliver.

After one week of calls, tracking, calls to Zara administration, I finally learned that the shipment was on his way back to Zara (!!) without even any chance to be delivered and lots of time lost for me!

I finally cancelled my order: I was so fed up!

I guess Zara may loose a lot of money with these terrible shipment services.
They probably don’t care…

Bad quality
I bought a linen shirt and it broke in many places when I
wore it for the first time. Very bad quality for single use only .I will never buy clothing from Zara Home again, for sure.

Awful customer service team
Awful customer service team, my item was faulty and broke within days of receiving the item. I contacted customer service about this and was told everytime its not their problem. I would highly recommend never buying from zara home. Very rude customer service. I even asked for a replacement piece instead of replacing the whole item and was very rudely told they would not replace anything that this is my problem.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had
Horrific, almost comical conversations with customer service teams after purchasing a mirror which was smashed twice by Evri then returned to Zara a third time. After a month of going back and forth almost daily, trying desperately to resolve (despite sentence long replies ignoring most of my points), I offered to collect it from a Zara store as the service from Evri was beyond terrible. They apparently won't deliver to plain old Zara, it has to specifically be Zara Home, the nearest one being 600 miles away from me. They didn't see this as ludicrous, addressed me as 'Mr' throughout, despite constant correction and seemed intent on making things as difficult as possible for as long as they could.

Charge for postage charge to return
Pretty sure if returning item in its original state postage is to be refunded. Zara charges for both inbound and outbound postage even if returning from Evri proficient store. Therefore they make money whether you keep item or not

Linen sheets
I bought two sets of linen sheets from Zara Home and after many months and multiple washes, they both continue to shed a huge amount of fibres. I have to vacuum twice a day and the fibres get everywhere
